Pretty sure you can get the Ford mats in that configuration. Lloyds mats also give options with and without the storage.

WeatherTech makes liners. The interior dimensions are the same as the 2022 ICE F150 SuperCrew. So even if the Lightning is not listed search for 5.7 Bed SuperCrew F150 ICE.
In my opinion Ford has not done enough to adversities that most bed and interior accessories for the ICE F150 5.7 bed fit in Lightning.

I searched current floor liners and they don't work with under seats box for 2nd row.

According to the website the item fits with fold flat storage. Give them a call. The site is normally really good at excluding items that do not fit the configuration you enter.
