Hi F-150 Lightning owners,
Thanks to folks in this forum, our team has been made aware of an issue with Phone as a Key for some Samsung users and wanted to let you know that we are working on it. You can still access your vehicle with your key fob or door code.
While we work on this, if you’d like an immediate fix to use the feature and have your physical key fob with you, you can:
• Go to your FordPass app
• Delete your Phone as a Key
• Set up Phone as a Key again
Again, please make sure you have your physical key fob with you before you attempt this.
