I have a 2023 F150 Lightning Lariat ER.
In mid June, my 3yr warranty expired and a the same time, my 3 yrs of included, Ford Navigation became inactive. (Not a problem as I use Google maps)
A few days later, while travelling on Adaptive cruise, I received the message that Adaptive cruise control Predictive Speed Assist was not available.
The result was the vehicle seemed to revert to normal cruise, not adapting to the speed of vehicles I was following, and I lost the speed limit indicator normally visible on the lower right side of the dash. As I drove on the truck failed to recognize or past any of the speed limit signs we passed.
I contacted the dealer which is 2.5 hours away and they scheduled me in a day or two. Over the course of 3 days, the dealer conducted trouble shooting and subsequently completed a Master Factory Reset. Everything seemed to be working and I picked the vehicle up for the 2.5 hr drive home.
Halfway home I again received the same message and the truck reverted to the same behavior it displayed prior to going to the dealership.
Has anyone had an issue like this? I'm not a forscan type of Guy and as such rely on my dealership. Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed.
