Advice - what is the best way to report bugs to Ford?

I do not think the answer to this is "via the dealer" - so, what is the best way?

Currently I am seeing this bug when I use PAAK, where the lock button on the door does not work most of the time. I get out of the truck, push the lock button, and nothing happens. If I then open the door and close it again, lock button works. It all feels like a software bug.

The best answer I can give is to find your nearest wall and talk to it. Tell it your problem. You'll get more compassion from the wall than you will from FoMoCo, and the same result to boot.

Other than that, you can leave voice feedback to give them a message they will promptly ignore.

Go into SYNC to the General screen and touch "Record Feedback".
