Alignment issues?

Anyone have trouble getting their truck aligned? I just left meineke where I made an appointment, told them the truck is electric and reconfirmed at drop off, only to wait 3.5 hours and be told “sorry we can’t align it bc it’s electric”. I’m blown away. Can’t imagine what the power source would have to do with aligning a vehicle

My dealer checks alignment during the service inspections and they'd be the ones to correct it.

Meineke is confused because it has an independent rear end and/or they haven't updated their software that helps them.
