Hey everyone,

Just putting this out there - I'm about to do the ACC+LKA mod on my Pro. I thought I'd check to see if anyone around me might be interested in tackling this together. I just ordered my parts and will work on it in a few weeks.

Also looking to add heated steering wheel in the future.

Hit me up if you're interested!

ACC+LKA ?
Adaptive Cruise Control + Lane-Keep Assist. It's a relatively simple mod that many forum users have done and documented.

Rio, do you have a link to the parts and install for these options? I believe my Truck did not have these options and would like to look into it.

Here is the main thread where users have reported their work:
https://www.f150lightningforum.com/...keep-alert-to-2022-f-150-lightning-xlt.14870/

Most of the parts needed are listed in the first post. However, depending on your specific truck, you may or may not have some of the wiring pre-installed which affects the proces a bit. The gist of the job is to buy and install a Cruise-Control Module (CCM). This requires frunk and bumper removal. Then you need to run wiring from CCM to another connector. This is the part that varies depending on your particular situation. Finally you need to do a bunch of programming using FORScan. Its all documented in the thread above.

Thank you Rio, I'm unfamiliar with FORscan. I have programed PLC's before, But FORscan is foreign to me...
Kinda like modifying the "registry" in a laptop, I tread lightly...

Where in CT are you? I'm in RI, I have a PRO, and I am considering the heated steering wheel mod. I already installed a Lariat heated wheel, but need to purchase the new clockspring and harness.

I'm just north of New Haven. Have a 2-car garage and a decent amount of tools. PM me if you would like to meet up. I will have good availability after early May to tackle heated steering wheel. I have next week off so I'm planning to do my ACC+LC onWednesday.
