Battery Maintainer Usage

I continue to ask that Ford upgrade the software to include a 12v battery monitor so we know what the “life of the truck battery” is doing and any given time! By having the monitor/status gauge wouldn’t solve it all but would alleviate some of the concerns…

I continue to ask that Ford upgrade the software to include a 12v battery monitor so we know what the “life of the truck battery” is doing and any given time! By having the monitor/status gauge wouldn’t solve it all but would alleviate some of the concerns…

They could just program the truck to keep the 12v topped off using the HVB and the DC-DC converter while they are at it.

Now that would be a better use of their programmers than adding Karaoke to the sync system, imho.

The panel comes with a long cable, which is tucked along the door and under the hood. There are quick disconnects from the cable to the battery so that the panel can be unplugged from the battery if needed.

Anywhere we can see more details on this? Search failing me

Follow the red and black wires through the pictures:

- back of solar panel to the passenger side door
- door jamb to tiny hole in right front fender
- tiny hole in fender to inside of frunk
- inside of frunk to underside of frunk shroud
- inside of shroud dives into 12v battery area

And from there to the 12v battery, which I can't take a picture of because the my frunk is full of junk
