Took the truck to an official Rhino Liner place & when we got the truck back, an error popped up on the dash saying something like "Your bed outlet cover is open & on, press ok to put the vehicle into drive". Then I got an error from the phone App saying that it needs to be taken into the dealer for service. Just figured it was because they likely removed the outlet panel to do the lining & didn't think anything of it.

But now it happens every time I start the truck. I have to press "OK" to put it into drive.

Anyone know of a fix, or do I just need to take it to the dealer?

Probably should just take it back to the lining place, but it's far & my schedule is packed.

Others have reported that the bed liner shop didn’t get the connectors plugged back in fully after reinstalling the bed unit.

Oof I hope that's not it, but thank you & I'll definitely bring it in asap in that case

I bet $1 it isn't connected to the wiring harness at all. It's very easy to see, just crawl under the truck and look up where the outlet is. You will probably see an unplugged connector.

Well iou $1 - it was just straight unplugged. Can't believe they just left it like that, they're gonna get a really nice yelp review.

Thank you!
