Black plastic fading- options to bring back to life?

The black plastic on the inside of the tailgate bed is looking faded, what have yall used to bring this back to life?

from what I was able to research I see these Cerakote Ceramic plastic trim restorer wipes seems to have good reviews.

I've used the Cerakote on several vehicles including the Lightning. Works well. The plastic on mine looked bad when I got it. Used it on the running boards, the plastic at the back of the hood where the windshield wipers are, antennas on the roof etc. Watch the wiper area, it transitions to rubber at the ends where it meets the fenders, it's a little hard to see. Cerakote on the rubber gets white and flakey(from experience doh!). My tailgate is in good shape so I haven't used it there yet.

I bought this, but have not used it yet, it sounds impressive. The company has one product and the back story is interesting. The cowling across the hood right in front of the windshield is what I want to use it on. That part turns grey. I need to get this back on my project list for the next few weeks.

I used to use mother's back to black on my subarus, which both felt like half the body surface area was made of quickly-fading black plastic. Worked pretty well.

Would any of the aforementioned products help with scuffs and light scratches/scrapes on the plastic?
