It sounds like the imbalance may be caused by a bearing issue. It’s possible. Don’t stop complaining. The truck should be silent and smooth. The further you go down the road like that can make it worse.
Good luck.
Thanks! Yes, Im definitely concerned something is bent or defective.

I have the shuddering just after accelerating to 70-80kph. It shudders after the acceleration and goes away in about 15 seconds. It is usually after coming around a corner and accelerating moderately. This is the post for that.

So far I am not aware of a solution.
Right! I read that all, sad to hear it still doesn’t have a solution. I’m definitely going to push for new tires, it’s 8 months old, been sitting on Ford’s lot all that c time and the tires were underinflated which is crazy for a 8500 pound truck!

But that is only one problem, the suffering was terrible yesterday using 1 pedal and Sport Mode, so at least the dealer will be able to see it.

Let me know if they find anything. There were issues with some 1/2 shafts but it doesn't seem to be that for me. It seems more likely that it is an issue with the traction control pulsing in specific conditions. I notice it is worse when the roads are wet.

For reference, mine is an early 2023 model built 11/22. Yours was built 16 months later. Besides the shudder, mine is perfectly smooth, perhaps even too soft for my liking so your rough ride isn't normal.

OP, take the truck and turn your steering all the way left and drive slowly. Do the same thing as well with the steering turned all the way right. Do it multiple times on a road that isnt perfect, where you will drive over divots and the like. Are you able to hear any clicking or creaking?

Tried that, no it is quiet! But I did feel something going around a right bend in a road yesterday doing 40 mph, something definitely not right with the front drive

I can definitely see it being a bent shaft or something. That’s what it feels like. Were the bent or not straight out something?

I think there were some shafts that had bad joints that caused clicking. It could be that but it seems odd that it would only appear after moderate acceleration then disappear after 10-15 seconds. A bent shaft you would feel all the time at speed so I doubt it would be that - more likely a bad joint if the 1/2 shaft ends up being the cause.

Please keep me posted. My dealer could find anything wrong but next time I'll take them for a ride and show them. It's pretty consistent around a corner and accelerating.

Luke - any resolution to the shuttering issue?
Nope! Tech said he couldn’t feel it, must be the most dumb, inexperienced tech in history. Still there. Honestly, i will try one more time, but if I can’t get it fixed, I will trade it in. It’s doing all sorts of wonky things electrically now, I honestly don’t trust it. An $80,000 truck spent five me this many problems, I will never buy a Ford again.
Luke - any resolution to the shuttering issue?
No, unfortunately, it’s still there. It’s actually there even from slow till about 55 and then it goes away. It’s almost like the two motors are not syncing or something like that. But it doesn’t throw any codes and I took it into a dealer and typical Ford style they couldn’t find the problem not even sure they have dedicated EV tech who knows what they’re doing. Honestly, I’m just over it all, I never expected an $80,000 truck to have this many problems, it’s starting to give me electrical problems now too, and I just don’t trust it anymore. I’m honestly thinking about trading it and taking a hit and moving to a Rivian or something more reliable. Sorry! Wish I could be more help.
