So looking at it, the Tesla L14-30 should do it!
I just glanced and don't see an "L 14-30" on that Tesla page. You need a locking plug to go into the receptacle on the truck. You can see what they look like using the Parkworld Amazon link I posted. If you already have a Tesla 14-30, you could use a different adapter.

I'm not sure I understand the desire to do this. First - even though I see someone wrote "pass through", do we know if the power for that outlet truly passes through the truck from the wall plug OR does the truck plugged into the wall charge the batteries and then the power going out the 14-30 comes from the batteries through a transformer of sorts.

Anyway - why not just get a 50 amp 14-50 plug wired into your garage. Then use the truck mobile charger to charge the truck and the Tesla mobile charger to charge the car.

Unless you are putting 250 or more miles on both of them every day you should be able to get by with charging every other night.

Or - look into an adapter for the Tesla. You should have had a J1772 adapter with the car when you bought it, If I'm thinking that might fit onto the Ford Pro charger and charge the car? Maybe / maybe not.

All I can say is that there are adapters and 3rd party chargers that will charge both. Many thing available I would do and consider before I run juice through the truck just to charge the Tesla.

Does this not work?

Valid questions! A mix of a few things - looking to keep costs low now, ability to really only draw 50 amps, and physical setup.

Our house is a multi family with a double wide, tandem parking. For reasons we don't want to change, the house is on the right of the driveway and we are on the far left of the driveway. The truck will be driveness and parked in front of the Tesla So with the truck pulled forward, we can have the charger lay on the driveway and not get driven over. If we run two EVSE I need on mounted at the end of the driveway and one about 20 feet further down the house. And the. The second one will cross the driveway and be driven over by their car daily.

We will eventually have two EVSE when we figure out the solar and backup power.

Additionally, as the F150 will be parked in front, not only would we have to think about which to plug in and play musicalchargers, we would have to swap the order for the cars very often to have the EVSE reach.

That is why I am hoping I can hop the truck, hope that explains some more!

Here is my terrible quick phone drawing... The blue car is then, the red cars are us. The black is what two EVSE would look like (with the second getting run over daily)

Tunnel conduit under the driveway midway between the two cars. Put in a post with the evse. This will reach both cars. If you still want two EVSEs run two circuits or a dual plug evse. Still not easy, but there will be no driving over a power cord.

They also make j1772 extension cables. It would likely be more efficient than AC to truck convert to DC battery, convert to AC from truck convert back to DC in second car.

It does help understanding that parking situation as I had just envisioned a simple garage or driveway parking. Best of luck in getting it figured out to do both. I would likely consider a 14-50 plug and a very heavy duty (properly rated) extension cord you could run to your side of the parking perhaps.
