Yeah, dealers get zero info from anyone, as hard as my rep tried!

My tracker updated last night and said delivered. My sales rep still hasn't contacted me. Unfortunately I'm working today. So tomorrow I'll go look for it, and see for myself.

Rep told me on Tues. they received an "on hold" truck so I knew it was only a matter of days.

Thanks. She's always liked the F150. We got a Ford Focus Electric in November 2017 and when I was away on business, she would drive it instead of the Focus SE. She loved how the electric focus handled compared to the ICE Focus, but still preferred the F150. Since I was then convinced I would never buy an ICE vehicle again, I made the promise to buy her one when Ford made one electric. Six months later, Ford announced the prototype.

Spoke with our sales rep today and he tells me the system shows it "in transit" with some dock number and an April 28 or 29 date. He also said it indicated some "microchip hold", but couldn't say just what that meant. He should have better information in a week.

That certainly is true. I finally got Ford's tracker to work ( I had been using the wrong number as the order number) last week and it showed "delivered". I got in touch with our rep today and he had to check the system to find that the truck was on the lot.

The left hand definately does not know what the right is doing.

Anyways, we pick it up next Thursday!
