Can't Find Active Scales...

Very frustrating... I have a Lariat ER, with tow tech, but can't find active scales anywhere. I see old videos that show how to find it through an old menu system - which I don't have. This is an Oct 2023 build. Am I missing something?

Bad news. Active scales were removed for 2023 and beyond builds.

Thanks - appreciate you saving more hair pulls trying to find it. Stinks that it's gone, but not a big deal overall. Thrilled with my new vehicle - simply AWESOME!

I have scales on my PRO, but I've never thought there was really ever any need for it...but, just today, I happened to take a small load of various 'dump' items to the local recycling center, where they have a weigh scales:

6,700 lb loaded
then
6,520 lb 'just the truck and me'... well, and a tri-fold hard tonno, full bed rug, aftermarket running boards, and plenty of 'tools' in the frunk... let's assume maybe less than 6,400 lb as 'stock'...

I have a ‘22 Lariat SR no tow package. To the best of my knowledge I do not have scales; however, it is not listed as a delete on my window sticker. Did Ford not put scales on some ‘22’s as well?

If you have Onboard Scales, you should have the app. No scales, no app. Same for Smart Hitch - another common delete in 2023.
