The vinyl floors in my Pro have a chalky white appearance. I don’t normally notice them because I have Truxedo floor mats. But I was greeted with this surprise when pulling them out to clean. Anyone else having this problem and have a possible solution?

Must have to do with the backing of your floor mats. My 2 year old vinyl looks like new and I haven't done anything to keep it that way.

It is strange that all of the original flooring looks the same, even around the edges that I assume weren't covered by your mats ... were they "treated" at some time with tire sidewall cleaner??

Didn’t treat the floors or the backing of the mats.

I have had vinyl floors in other trucks with no problems.

Two Florida trucks, perhaps it is the heat?

Mine look the same. Probably the humidity.
I treated them with Chemical Guys "VRP".
Made the floor look new again, but not sure how long it will last.
Any good trim protectant would probably work though.

Checked mine this morning and they are similar, although not as bad as OPs. I have Tuxmats too. I had pre-treated my floor with VRP before installing my mats. Looks like it's time to treat them again?
