Charge Port Door Replacement Options

I have a perfectly fine working charge port door on my '23 Agate Black Lariat.

However, I was in an accident earlier this year and the repair shop replaced the front passenger fender with Ford's replacement part, which does not have the matching dummy door. It seems to align with '25 builds. That's fine, but the emblem to put on is also a more modern one.

AND IT DOESN'T MATCH!

I know, I know. Functionally it doesn't matter. But the emblem on the driver side charge port door is the door itself and not affixed like a traditional emblem is.

So now I'm looking at options is getting them to match. I can't seem to track down how to replace the charge port door. Parts search is a mess.

Etsy.com creators people can maybe provide you a solution for emblems. I’d considered reaching out to a few of the creators as an idea. Sorry to hear of this dilemma and replacements however.

Oder a 2025 door and replace it. They are not that expensive and come pre painted.

I lost the door (only) on my 23 and had to buy the entire assembly to get the door. I then removed the door from the new part and installed it onto the truck. I’m guessing you will have to buy an entire 25 door assembly!

I think I'll need to buy the entire thing also. How difficult was it to just remove the door? I actually only need the facia plate on the outside of the door. Lariat, 2022, black. The door is in place and works fine. Can you tell me how you separated the door when you got the new part? Thanks so much.

Once you get it and look at it, it will become obvious. There are tabs that must be depressed. It then just snaps on.
