Found some cheap extension cords at Costco. Two 50 ft 12/3 sjtw cords and one 2 ft triple head adapter. I think it was $45 for all of it. Unfortunately not on the website, as far as I can tell.

$39.99 on sale. I picked it up as well. There was a campsite earlier this summer where a 25' extension didn't reach from the truck bed to the tent pad for heated blankets (also Costco!). 50' fixes that.

The pigtail is little short. I picked up a couple of 6' 12 ga triple taps on Amazon for $9 ea. I find the 6' useful as it reaches from anywhere in the bed to anywhere else in the bed. Specifically:
  1. Electric Kettle (also Costco!) has ridiculously short 2' cord
  2. Electric Oven (also Costco!) has a longer cord, but still useful
  3. Ecoflow Delta Pro (also Costco!) cord is too short to reach truck AC outlet
  4. Can route Truck AC or Ecoflow AC to Smartcap window, then run long extension cord from window
I have the flexibility to use truck AC or Ecoflow AC. The Ecoflow recharges from a rooftop panel [not Costco =( ], can power the kettle or the oven (both simultaneously will work, but you need to heat the oven first to shave peak load - don't plug both into the same 120V extension cord).

I also have the Igloo DZ80 cooler/freezer (also Costco! in-store clearance price $500) infinitely powered off the Ecoflow 12V recharged from solar. I'm out the lookout for a small <20-30L electric cooler for similar $6/qt as the giant Igloo.

Costco has an infinite return policy on these items if they fail to perform.

I like the lights in them too, probably super helpful both in an emergency charging situation, or if using them with pro power at night in an outage.

These are made by Prime Wire and Cable. They are a Taiwan company, manufacturing is done in Taiwan and nearby countries. Costco used to sell extension cords made by US Wire & Cable, they were made in the US.

For those that focus on country of manufacturing, I bought four boxes of the two cord US Wire extension cords, and have had 2 or 3 of them replaced under warranty by US Wire... One failed in 2019, the other had the end come out of the plug and expose the wires. Both were replaced without issue, the first one they had me ship back to test.

Hopefully Prime Wire and Cable has similar warranty service.

By the way, using the wire coiling technique at the end of this video (minute 12:31 on) is the easiest way I've ever used and they never get tangled!

Simple and effective compared with other crazy complex ways!
