I really hate this setup. How it got thru Safety is beyond me?
When I was learning to drive I reached over to move a control in my Dad's 63 Chevy station wagon it Hit the curb (yes some of the old highways had a 30 degree curb). Almost spilled Dads drink. He tells me keep your eyes on the road, you know which one is Volume, go by feel.
In my defense, do you remember how a 63 Chevy with a hundred K miles on steers?
