I've had a '22 Platnium for just a couple months and @ 87000km (so out of warranty and no extended). Last week I got the Stop Safely Now error message and the truck wouldn't start. The 12V LVB was down to 11.1V and original so I just assumed that was the issue. Replaced the 12V but did not resolve the issue. After 5 hours of troubleshooting the tech traced it to the compressor with an error code: EV Battery Pack A Isolation Fault. My parts quote is $4000 Cad ($2770 for the Compressor p/n YCC690/19703) and another $1275 for the diagnostic. I have searched the forum but can't find any other posts with this repair. I was just wondering how common this issue is and whether the repair was this expensive! TIA
