Connectivity services seems to be down on the truck

From my phone, the truck battery level, Mileage and location are frozen. It has been like that for 10 days now.
I thought this was a privacy setting issue but I can't even find it on the truck menu anymore.

When I go to the CONNECTIVITY menu I receive the following message:
Connectivity Settings are currently not available.
Please wait and try again later.

It says to contact the dealer.
Any idea what it can be? Is the cell subscription limited to 6 months?

Check with dealer as there is a service bulletin for cellular modem issues, usually caused by outdated software version and or 12v bms issue

If it has been 10 days, try pulling fuse #32 and replacing it a minute or so later. This will power cycle the modem. Your connectivity should come back in a few minutes. If not, it is likely a trip to the dealer.

I disconnected the 12V battery and it fixed it by itself. Thanks
