This thread is interesting. I was having most if not all the problems mentioned. Remote start failures, PAAK unresponsiveness, and battery saving mode activated. I didn't realize the battery saving mode disabled the modem, so that explains my remote start failures.

Here's the thing - I went and got a brand new Diehard H3 battery last week. I'm posting a picture the current stats on the battery as of this afternoon - 14.95 volts. It was still going into saver mode at this high voltage, and it was 17 degrees out, not insanely cold.

I know I have the updated BMS sensor.

What can I do? I really rely on remote start to warm the truck up for my kids on the way home from a planned outing, etc. This is so frustrating.

From your picture, that voltage is the charging voltage with the truck running. That charging voltage aligns well with the number directly below - your 12v is only charged to 68%. That is too low and this is the reason it’s going into battery saver mode.

Did you fully charge the battery when you installed it?

I suggest you put a charger on it until the charger indicates a full charge. Then reset the BMS again.
