Looks good Tom...
Did the ride quality change much. Ours has the max tow package an seems a bit compromised on larger bumps. Almost like hitting the bump stops but we have not loaded it yet. Trying to figure out if it is the spring package or shock package
I only had the truck a couple of weeks before this. But I think the ride actually got a little better. I know I have not hit the bump stops.

I don’t have any special tow package. Won’t be towing with this truck.

Remove the rear blocks. I did that on my 2016 and it looks perfect. Not lowered, but level from removing the rear blocks...prob ~1.5-2"
Is this a DIY? I've done suspension work on other vehicles but never even looked at a Ford before....

Yes, did it in about 4 hrs. It’s a bolt on kit. The directions are good. The only cutting was the two front leaf spring bolts but the kit comes with new ones. One hits the muffler and one hits the gas tank. Easier to cut. Also 100 lbs seems a bit much on the rear ubolts. Haven’t installed the sway bar yet. If you have done suspension work before, I don’t think you will have a problem.

Do 2020 drop kits fit on a 2021? Can a 2020 kit be used on a 2021? If so what modifications would be done in order to fit ?

Front upper strut mounts appear to be "slightly" different, enough to induce wear. Rear springs were changed to mono leaf. So yes and no. Find a supplier that has a specific '21 kit.

Buddy of mine just installed the 2/4 Maxtrac on his 2021 RC, he said it aligned awesome, drives perfectly, and he works at a Ford dealership. Like $800 for the whole kit.

will try to get pics.
