Did you pay the $100 increase in shipping or did your dealer write it off?

For the early buyers the shipping increased from $1695 to $1795 after ordering. Did you pay the extra hundred or did your dealer write it off/bill it back to Ford through their systems?

Yes, I paid the extra $100

I haven't officially got my truck yet, but my dealer sent me an invoice removing the $100 after I showed them my reservation page.

Yes - paid the increased $1795

No - the dealer wrote it off/charged it back to Ford
