If this is forced, that means bumping me down to an XLT ER, which was not available at the time I ordered the Lariat ER (and I don't want cloth seats). If they give me an option for fleet only Pro ER, I am all in, otherwise I will wait.

I see three possible moves from Ford:
1. Remove the package, and ship without it (crediting $ for it)
2. Downgrade the order
3. let the customer wait, or have them choose 1 or 2

When an included major feature/package is not available, what has Ford done in the past?

You could be correct. I have my build week (8/29), but that can move around. I hope that being scheduled for a week means that they have the stuff. If not, why add more orders that can not be fulfilled?

Or they could have enough for scheduled trucks, but not any more. Could be why we didn't see any scheduling this month.

Note that this states Tow Tech (17v) as constrained but not Max Tow (which includes Tow Tech).

It is possible that due to a shortage of chips needed for Tow Tech they are using the currently limited supply to fulfill the requirements of units with Max Tow and will reschedule those with only Tow Tech to a later date. It is also possible they expect a shipment of missing chips during the June 20 - July 11 "catch-Up" period.

Anecdotally, I have a Lariat ER order with Max tow and still not scheduled - not that that means anything.

I don't think Max Tow includes Tow Tech? Tow Tech does have the 360 cameras (which I want), and may be related to the backup camera/chip hold.

Max Tow does require Pro Power, so this may be due to whatever the inverter shortage is.

Disappointment Monday. I was pushed back Thursday from 8/29 to 9/5. Randomly looked just now and it moved from 9/5 to 9/12. A couple business days and a week later.

I haven't seen anything in writing about park assist being removed from the Lightning. Only somebody that has taken delivery could answer this.

Any guess as to if scheduling will be done this week on Thurs? Now that Ford *appears* to be moving some truck again will they resume scheduling? The traditional end of MY22 production is approaching....

FWIW Ford has already scheduled a few trucks in mid Sept. I know they will start to fill some before then, but still seeing a lot of unscheduled orders.....
