Do all 6x9 speakers fit the front doors (with adapter)?

This may be a silly question, but I'd kind of like to be sure of the answer before ordering speakers. More specifically, I want to change my stock (not B&O) 2023 XLT front door speakers to Alpine 6x9. I've found one YT video that says the R-S69C.2 speakers will fit (using the Metra 82-5606 mount). Will other 6x9 speakers fit, or do they stick out in back too far or something? I do realize that the R-S69C.2 is separate components, I'd be buying the R-S69.2 coaxial.

For instance, if it fits I'd go with the S2-S69 for the same money.

Basically yes... As a fellow XLT owner. But that really doesn't matter. I have a bunch of posts in this thread. Those and the other contributors should help guide you.

Steve, I literally just replaced mine with some infinity reference 6x9. What I ended up doing was cutting off the back of the speaker mount and using the frame to attach my new speakers so that I could utilize the original speaker mount.
