eMail from Ford this morning states DELAY

My week of 9/25 order has apparently been delayed.

The email is titled "The latest on your Ford order"

It States: We want nothing more than to get your truck up on the line and start assembling it....

....We'll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information, at least once every 45 days"

The order is a loaded XLT. I wanted every option but actually do like cloth seats and no sunroof.

Anybody got IDEAS????

I am!

My 2021 Bronco order was built on the first Tuesday of priority orders...

I already bought a 2023 Lightning SR. Traded it back to get this ER build...

I missed the entire 10K depreciation by trading it back early.

If I get it, the ER battery option is entirely free to me.

I got the same message but one week later my truck was built and being prepared for shipment.

Got a similar email in August (8/14 build) and the truck is on its way due to show up in the next few weeks.

My order for a Platinum was build 8/14 and got 2 of the delay emails. It was built last week but appears to not be shipped yet. Closer than it was at least.

Received this from Ford last week (loaded XLT order, like yours):
“We wanted to update you again on the status of your F-150 Lightning XLTorder. While we initially predicted your vehicle build would begin week of August 7, 2023, the supply chain challenges we’ve been up against are still causing delays in production that are beyond our control.”

Link to Window Sticker has been taken down, Now!

Seems like it’s pretty standard for the link to break after a while, if you do a search you’ll find instructions on how to get your window sticker when this happens. Also can search posts by Taxmanhog, as he has mentioned how to get it in a few posts.
