Got the same email with "early this summer". Reservation placed 6/25/21. Starting to wonder if Farley and Santa are colluding as rough delivery estimate would be Dec 2023. /s

Too bad we are receiving interest (~$10) as a down payment credit on the $100 deposit, considering we'll probably have another two or three prices increase by the end of next year.
