First off, hello. Newbie owner here, just took delivery today, just turned 200miles.... While In the garage looking over and under the new sweetness, I came across these exposed harness. Does anyone else have this exposure? Located between rear bumper and spare tire, favoring the driver side. Will look for more tomorrow in daylight. You can see the splash marks from road exposure plain as day. Upper Midwest location this could be concerning.

Wrapped yes but exposed moisture ingress between wraps and end connections. I'm Probably just overthinking it.

Yea that is normal. All harnesses in that area are exposed, even in my old ICE F-150s.

I didn't look at the harnesses but yesterday, I cranked my spare tire down to check the pressure. I had the opposite sensation. Compared to all the road spray elsewhere on the truck, I was impressed at how clean the spare tire underside was (facing toward the road). Also, impressed that with 10 months gone by since I took ownership, the spare tire pressure was still 36.5 psi (36 psi recommended). I was unimpressed that one piece of metal, which might have been a support for a brake arm, was lightly rusted on the surface when the truck has had little exposure to rain in South Texas and led a sheltered life in my garage with humidity ~always below 80%.

Those are "weather-tight" connectors. It should be o.k. with normal use.

Yes, those connections have "gaskets" around the wires, to keep water/moisture form the connector.
