Extended warranty options

Anyone purchased an extended warranty? My 24 XLT SR is at 48000 and considering Car Shield. Anybody dealt with them?

The Ford Premium Care warranty. But your mileage is too high to buy it, you need to be under 41k (they give a grace period after the 3/36 warranty expires). Talk to Granger Ford though, you may be able to get a different Ford warranty that is equivalent.

I don't touch third-party warranties.

Did you talk to them or just look at their web site?

At one time Ford had "used" Premium Care warranties. It covered the same as the "new" Premium Care. You just had to take the vehicle in for an inspection (at your expense).

If the Used warranties are still available maybe they just aren't advertised.

I just looked at the website and punched in my info. It said they didn't have any coverage due to mileage.

How about Endurance. They quoted me $170 a month for 125k miles.
