Shaking is a balance issue. I had a Tundra 5 years ago, got new tires, dealer charged me for mounting and balance, but clearly only mounted them, and as soon as I got on the highway, rough ride. They balanced it after that, and was just fine.
Just picked up my SR Lariat last month, and it rides so smooth. Get back to the dealer and have them balance it (before they say too much time has passed and they charge you for balancing).
