Could someone share screenshots of their FordPass app while their truck is charging? For the past couple months, the Connected Services menu hasn't loaded in the truck, and the scheduled departure isn't available in the app. Hoping to get a sense of the features I'm missing out of to decide if I should get it serviced. Tried pulling fuses, pulling the negative battery terminal... Connected Services came back once, but never scheduled departure time.

Ideally, the first tab showing charge time, and the second tab with the various sections of features expanded.

I have not had to pull a fuse since last update but I have lost a bunch of functionality in the app. especially during charging.

Screenshot whiling home charging of F150 Lightning standard. FordPass also has a charge log feature although it can take some time before the data is updated after charging.

I had those issues recently when I needed to charge but could not get the app to change the truck settings. There was no way to establish a charge now command. Every time I tried change the charge setting in the App it would churn for a few minutes and display failure to connect message. And on the truck screen I could not bypass the start times. Only way I could get around it was to unistall Ford Pass and reset the truck on the screen. As it turns out my modem was scrambled by incomplete update so the Mother ship could not talk to the truck. Dealer has modem back on-line but software needs to be reinstalled before Ford can actually talk to the truck again.

Thanks, folks! Appreciate the screenshots. For reference, here’s what I see. I recall there being four menus on the Vehicle tab when I got the truck. Now there are only three, and they’re missing a number of things. What else am I missing under the Vehicle tab?

Hmm, it looks like me and the others could be on android? I would recommend deleting the app and r installing fresh, or deleting the app cache, to see if that could resolve it.

Thanks! Did just get a new iPhone yesterday, so everything is freshly installed. Also created a second Ford login to see if that would help — no difference. My wife was on Android and had the exact same options as I do.

Probably time to schedule service, and get some updates pushed.

I’d start with calling Ford Connected Services. 866-861-0420. If they can‘t help, they’ll get you to the FordPass group. They were able to help me when I had an issues related to connectivity.
