FordPass - Sending planned route to vehicle

Hello folks,

I've had my Pro for just a bit over a week. Getting the hang of most features, but I can't figure out how to retrieve a planned route (made using FordPass) in the truck's built-in navigation. Basically, I plan a route using FordPass, hit 'Save Trip Plan', a popup message titled 'Sending to Vehicle' appears, I hit OK. Then I got in the truck and I see nothing. Am I missing a step? or some setting in the truck? Any help is much appreciated.

I had the same problem at first. It’s in there under saved trips or sync trips. If I remember you have to go to destinations and then scroll down.
