@Mike G Any chance you can plug your truck in and see if you find anything in the HVAC guided routines in regards to this? If so, we can compare the HVAC ab data before and after to see what it changes. I looked through the HVAC spreadsheet line by line and there are a few things that stood out, but nothing that was completely obvious to me.

Looking into it on FDRS.

EDIT: This is not an HVAC configuration option, or programmable feature, and it's not in the guided routines section. I don't see this anywhere in FDRS.

The Ultra Fresh Cabin Strategy (UFCS) is a background software function in the Ford F-150’s climate control system. This looks like the feature that keeps automatically turning recirc off... wouldn't mind disabling that.

That's already disabled. What is enabled is CARS (cabin air refresh strategy). Not sure what the difference is between, UFCS and CARS, but worth a try. I hate it in my truck, too. However, I remember a few guys on the ICE forum tried to turn that off and could not get it to work.

May just have to do it manually - turn the cool off and run the blower for several minutes before turning off the truck.

I don't recall if it was here or in the Lightning subreddit, but somebody mentioned the drain being plugged in their truck and after fixing it the issue went away. I've since noticed that I haven't been getting condensate puddles under my truck and have been meaning to schedule an appointment to see if maybe that's the issue with my truck.
