Grinding Noise in Frunk

I have a 2024 Platinum with 12,000 miles. For the past few months, a loud grinding/rumbling noise has been coming from the front area (sounds like from the frunk) periodically. It does not stop when I turn off the A/C. I have taken to the dealer who said nothing is showing from the diagnostics and that it could be the fan under the grill below the frunk. Anyone experienced anything like this? It is pretty loud and annoying on an otherwise quiet truck. Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

Does the noise only occur while driving? Some folks have had issues with the front air dam as it extends and retracts, but this only occurs at specific speeds.

My last lightning had a chronic wheel bearing/axle issue that caused a grinding/whirring noise. Does it increase “tone” with speed?
