Guys,

I had the OEM sub installed in my 2003 XLT. I did this because I had FordPass points to burn. The sub seems to do OK. However, ever since the install, I have to turn the volume almost all the way up when I am on a phone call. Before the install, I never turned it up past half.

Any ideas how to fix this?

TIA

Did you have the dealer do the install? Wondering if there is a setting that can be fixed on their end, or something that can be updated via ForScan for the ACM.

Yeah.....local dealer did the install. I don't think they knew much about it though.
