I live in a very cold climate. I get condensation daily when I go from freeze your butt off outside to heated garage. It always clears up by morning. I thought this was normal.

I have a heat-lamp on mine now. It did clear up on the lens and then it would reappear at night. I noticed that in the sun yesterday that there were significant amount of droplets in the white portion of the light bar. So I am guessing that the steam was condensing on the cooler light bar. Will see how this works. Hair drier didn't do a good job at clearing the white light bar.I had a lot of condensation in passenger side headlight and also droplets in the light bar similar to Wattsgas. Headlight consistently had condensation for 4-6 weeks. Then it decided to clear up by itself. Not a drop in there since.
After the first 3-4 weeks of condensation I did take it to a dealer to start warranty process. Dealer said they would need to hold truck for several days to monitor before starting warranty process. I wasn't prepared to drop truck (I thought they would just need to take some pictures) so ended up doing nothing. Then before I could set up a return appointment to drop off the truck the headlight cleared up by itself.

Best to perform that fix on a less-humid day, otherwise it'll suck in humid air again. And you may have to repeat it a few times.I have a heat-lamp on mine now. It did clear up on the lens and then it would reappear at night.
