Hot Rod Power Tour 2024!

For those of you inclined to do such things the 2024 Hot Rod Power Tour just opened up for registration here: https://hotrodpowertour.us/

• KICKOFF / Day 1: Monday, June 10—Beech Bend Raceway Park, Bowling Green, Kentucky
• Day 2: Tuesday, June 11—Nashville Superspeedway, Lebanon, Tennessee
• Day 3: Wednesday, June 12—L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium, Louisville, Kentucky
• Day 4: Thursday, June 13—National Trail Raceway, Hebron, Ohio
• Day 5: Friday, June 14—Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Indianapolis, Indiana

You can attend any day that you like or you can punish yourself and do the "Long Haul", all five tour stops, like I do. Each venue has a racing event you can do for fun like drag racing, motocross, burn out contests (not likely to do well in that) or oval track racing of some kind. It's also a giant moving car show.

You will see modern sports cars like Vettes and Mopar hemis, classic muscle cars from the 60's and 70's, true classic and antique cars, and it's also become somewhat of a mechanic flex to buy a car on FB marketplace for absolutely no money and see if you can keep it running for the 5 days. This is an amazing event if you like cars--you will see over 5000 of them over the course of the week.

There were a couple EV's last year, and I'm going to represent in my Pro SR this time and see how it goes. I'm also looking forward to smoking some old boomers with their superchargers on the drag strip, that will be very entertaining.
