In case you haven't figured it out yet. wanting a PRO trim really moves you later in order line as Ford has decided not to produce nearly enough PRO versions. Selecting a Lariat will move you closer to the front, but it does cost a LOT more.

How do I figure out where I'm in the order queue?

When you reserved, you chose a dealer. Contact that dealer and they should be able to tell you where you are in their queue. Many are reluctant or clueless however, so good luck.
