Very similar to wooden dowel Iea I found that the fiberglass "glow rods" that electricians use to reach through and grab cables work great for this. And they are made up of short pieces that are screwed together so they are as long as you need them to be.

My 2 cents. Pressure washer is a no and a possible yes... It's a no if want to blow water back through cab back wall pressure vents... But you can also drop the seat backs, take off the padding and block off...

This is a job for duct tape, another person, and some rope that would fit.

I think you can figure out what to do from there... floss away.
