Yes, that would be nice. That quote is on page 369 of my 2023 manual btw.If this is the case, from the manual, then it should also add a reminder to disable the backup-stop nanny, unless it's a different issue causing his brakes to activate...
I haven't dug into the manual for that issue but maybe there is something in there about that?
My truck sometimes doesn't want me to back up if there is a building behind me many many feet away and engages my brakes until I press hard on the accelerator, always happens at one particular location, no trailer or boat attached, no person or car behind or approaching, surprised me the first time it happened.
But it did save me one time when I was backing out of a parking space in a parking lot and a car had just entered and was approaching from the side at an elevated speed.
