Missing driving mode and sat not working

Two weeks ago I took my truck to get the taillights recall done and they updated some modules. When I picked up Sirius doesn’t work and says loading all the time. I am also missing the drive mode screen. I left truck there and nothing has been done to it!!!! They say they are waiting on ford. Has anybody come across this? See the logs of what they did to the truck.
