Eligible vehicles though are any 1995 or newer Ford product. So nothing unique or extra for early adopters

I don't know. If you open the "view applicable vehicles "hyperlink" in the ad only Lightnings show up

Using the Flash for instance, for Retail Offer they offer either 7.49%/84 mo. with $9,000 discount or 0.9%/84 mo. with $4,000 discount. There is also a 0%/48 mo with $4,000 discount.

There are also lease options with significant incentives. This is for a DFW zip code. Whether you can actually get these at a dealer is a different story.
