Rear Seat - Does it fold 60/40?

I am hoping the rear seat folds up 60/40 to allow space for one seat up and then allow for the kther two seats to fold up so that I can allow space for my giant Newfoundland to have space to lay down on the floor. Can anyone confirm the the seat will fold 60/40? I can't seem to find anywhere that confirms this.
