My search-fu isn't working so great or it's not here but --

Anyone know if the side view mirrors on the lariat are paint-matched or come molded with the color applied?

Also, anyone have the part number for the driver side mirror assembly?

The term that may help your search-fu is "mirror caps".

On the 2024 F‑150 Lightning Lariot, the mirror caps are molded and then painted to match the body color on the higher trims (Lariat/Platinum), rather than being bare textured black plastic like on XL/XLT; they are not simple “through‑colored” molded plastic.

For the driver‑side mirror assembly, the exact part number varies based on options (power‑fold, BLIS, 360‑camera, tow vs non‑tow, etc.), and 2024 mirrors use a different camera spec than pre‑2024 units. Because of all these combinations, owners and parts specialists consistently recommend giving a Ford dealer or online OEM‑parts site your VIN and having them pull the precise driver‑side mirror part number for your specific Lightning Lariat build.

Yup thats what I did, managed to find a pulled one in my color on eBay for $500.
