South Florida: Need recommendation for a Good Dealership Service Dept

Hi everyone,

I am based in West Palm but the 3 dealers I went to to get my truck fixed were all horrible. Anyone recommend a good dealership in South Florida?

I have used Mulinax on Northlake. Sometime I wonder but so far they seem to have at least 1 competent tech on board. From my perspective it’s a Ford home issue as they don’t seem to support the dealers very well. Took 3 weeks after I got it (it was a demo in Mass that I got a great deal on) and it would not communicate with the mothership. In the end seems the mothership was dialing the wrong number.

I don't recommend Sawgrass Ford. The kept my mach when I was having charging issues and kept it for a week before looking at it. After a week, they said they couldn't find an issue and dented my door in the process. They did a dent wizard repair but it's not perfect.

I am going to Pines Ford for a Powertrain Malfunction today so I'll keep you posted how that works out.

If you were on the other Florida coast (West Coast) I would highly recommend Sarasota Ford for EV service.

I’ve used mullinax on northlake also. Had to have them do the alignment and they seemed ok. Its also where I bought the truck from. It seemed Iike less of a stereotypical dealer than wayne acers or greico. I had messages pop up on the my ford app saying alignment bad, wheel vibration and 12v battery issues that went away pretty quickly on their own but they still checked it out under warranty even though the notifications were no longer listed on the app.

Appreciate it! I bought my vehicle from them also, they weren’t the best but may have to bring it back to them. I used Al Packer and they were weird, seems like they have a bunch of young kids as service advisors there. Not sure they know what they are doing but they are closer. They did pick up my truck and deliver it back to me for my recall which was nice.

Ask for service advisor Thomas he seems to know more about EVs and has been very helpful.

They will come pick up and return after service you need to ask.
