Oh sorry I misunderstood.. The ICE trucks had issues with the chimes and it was the DSP firmware. I had to roll back the DSP for several people due to an update reverting the chimes to the cluster back up. The Chimes revert to the cluster speaker when the ACM/DSP isnt detected within enough time. 12v battery tested good but I’m suspecting that could be the problem.
