Tailgate struggling sounds ?

I'v had mine in to the dealer 3x, and it won't misbehave for them. But at my house it opens fine but almost never closes. My driveway is very slightly tilted. I'm not sure what to do- I have 2 years left on the 3 year warranty.

FYI the dealer replaced the latch motors and mine works great now.
