Steering wheel with Easy Exit

Anyone having issues with Easy Exit and the steering wheel?

For 2+ years, it has worked great. Now the steering wheel has a mind of its own. Most of the time it does not move up (seat still moves back) with easy exit. If I manually move the steering wheel up, when I get back in, it won't come back down by itself. If I hit the seat setting button, it does come down.

Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this or had a solution. I have toggled easy exit off and on several times, but not fix.

I've got the same setup, but not noticed any issues with it not working. I've got most of the recent SW updates.

Also might want to reboot the Driver Seat module (DSM). That is where the easy entry/exit commands originate. You can do it with FORScan or just disconnect the battery negative cable for a few minutes (bonus - reboots all modules!). 10mm wrench.

Also, check for DTC's.
