Trailer light check no longer available on Ford Pass App

I picked up my new Platinum Lightning last Friday. I traded in a F150 Hybrid which I dearly loved. I noticed that the trailer light check is no longer available on the Ford Pass App. Has anyone else experienced this?

I still have it on mine....under Features and Settings.

That's where mine was with the 2021 Hybrid, but it disappeared when I put the Lightning in. I'll try to reload the App

I deleted and reloaded the Ford Pass app and the trailer light check is still not there. (App version 4.23.1 USA)

Very likely just poor software. Almost half of my Features were not available upon delivery. I believe they didn't all populate until after one of the software updates to the truck, including the scales. Give it a little time.

I've got the same app on Android 13 and the Trailer Light Check feature is there. Wonder if it needs time to sync onto your FordPass acct?

I chatted with Ford Pass support and they said it had been removed from the newer version.

It's there in Fordpass V4.23.0 but removed in 4.23.1. They fixed the departure scheduling bug in 4.23.1 but failed to note in the release notes that trailer light test feature was removed.

I'm running version 4.23.1 on iOS and still have the "Trailer Light Check" under features.

My apologies. I was referring to the Android Fordpass version. After refreshing the app several times, the trailer light check reappeared under "features & settings". hmm....

It shouldn’t have to be this way but give the Firs systems a few days to communicate back and forth and update and I bet it will show up. This world of technology is very foreign to them.

I am on Android, and just updated to 4.23.1. This update claims to fix the departure time issue, and it does in fact fix it.

I did not lose my function for Trailer Light Check.
