I have had it up to my eyeballs with local “high-end” audio installers and their excuses, complaints, and overcharging.

I have an aftermarket Audio system that should be great but isn’t due to the shop install. The core physical install is solid however.

I want to enhance the system by moving to a three way speaker system and adding a better aftermarket sub. To do that I need access to the door speakers, a-pillars, wall behind the rear seats, and also be able to run wires to the wall all behind the rear seats.

can anyone point me to videos that walk you through gaining access to these areas?

Thanks!

All of it is very straight forward. Go check out Sounds Good Stereo. They'd love to sell you something, but they've also made full videos - 100% of their install. From doors to holes in the floor. They are freely available on their site/Youtube.

PS - if you don't have them, they have the best block off plates and some other customized parts that make the installs very easy.

By the way - @bmwhitetx is correct about the ICE forums. Those trucks are identical when it comes to accessories and installs. There are just a few more of them on the road, so you'll find more threads and ideas there. That forum is a sister forum to this one.

Go to youtube and you will find a plethora of info on this subject. Provo beast is a good site. I did my own, Focal flax and K2 tweeters up front alpine coax in rear, and kicker down firing sub under rear seat and to round it out alpine 5 channels amp. Sounds amazing, good luck
