What are these called? (And where can I get them)

These are the plastic tabs that hold panels to the tailgate - I was thinking they are ‘pop rivets’ but when I look them up, it looks different.

These sit proud and have a razor sharp zip-tie cut-off. Probably not ideal for the tailgate.
